As a Site Manager, you will oversee the operations of a service site, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. In your capacity, you will support a team in aligning with the organization's key values and performing effectively in their positions. Your key responsibilities will include safety leadership, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer account management. You will be deeply involved in technical problem-solving, budget management, and ensuring optimal turbine performance.

• Cultivate an environment focused on safety at the site, promoting continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Develop and empower your team to efficiently operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Establish robust partnerships with clients to guarantee the fulfillment of contractual commitments.
• Manage costs effectively to meet budgetary targets for service contracts.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and problem‑solving efforts to optimize turbine performance.

• Proficient in business management, with capabilities in fiscal oversight and assessing organizational effectiveness.
• Applied leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and motivating teams.
• Proficiency in safety programs, practices, and procedures.
• Highly motivated and accountable, with proficiency in problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Previous budgeting and project management experience.
• Experienced in negotiating agreements while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• 2‑3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel (to various turbines) as needed.
• Technical background, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Hearing ability to use telephones, close‑range radios or related devices.
• Visual acuity including depth perception, field of vision and color discrimination.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed, as well as physical coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to climb stairs & vertical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and, at times, supervise work in confined space environments.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to, but not more than 50 lbs. in weight.
• Ability to observe training and obtain certification in required safety programs that include LOTO, Electrical, Fall Arrest & High Angle Emergency Descent, and Confined Space.
• Ability to participate fully in all training courses, including controlled descent practical exercises.
• Due to safety parameters of fall protection equipment, the total weight of required PPE and gear shall weigh 300 lbs or less while being worn. Required PPE and gear can weigh up to 40 lbs.
