Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift receiving

We are seeking a results-driven Shift Supervisor to lead Receiving Department operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily shift activities, optimizing staffing and equipment usage, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

• Lead and coordinate shift operations to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Assign work and manage staffing to maximize efficiency
• Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive team environment
• Maintain accurate operational records and support performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and work rules
• Support employee relations and participate in process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or related experience
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficient in computer systems and operational tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Experience with LEAN principles or continuous improvement teams preferred
