Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our client's team in Kearney, NE. This is a temp-to-perm position offering steady weekday hours and the opportunity to grow your career. The Welder will perform welding processes on production materials according to print specifications and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor to advanced welding on galvanized or raw steel per print specifications.
- Operate flame-cutting equipment as needed.
- Select proper voltage, current, heat, gas and feed settings for each welding operation.
- Prepare for weld operations through proper machine and jig setups.
- Perform first piece approval inspections using quality control tools.
- Move material as needed using forklifts, overhead cranes or other material-handling methods.
- Minimum of 1 year production welding experience required.
- Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
- Knowledge of setting and adjusting weld machines.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must follow safety procedures and properly use all provided safety equipment.
