Production Coordinator - Exmark

• Plan and post daily sequence and schedule based upon the master schedule.
• Analyze material status daily to ensure 100% fill rate, considering on‑hand, inbound, and scheduled materials.
• Communicate with materials team and production supervisors regarding any schedule changes and sequence requirements.
• Send notifications to the scheduling supervisor when the weekly fill rate goal is at risk.
• Coordinate engineering changes with the manufacturing engineering team and appropriate contacts within the production team.
• Participate in problem‑solving and process improvement activities.
• Maintain process control systems and supporting paraphernalia such as Heijunka cards, pick‑to‑light cards, and schedule boards.
• Assist with inventory accuracy activities by tracking production scrap and interacting with the cycle count team.
• Work in both office and plant/production environments.

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Quick learner and self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision and oversight.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Experience with Lean methods (just‑in‑time, kanban, design for flow) preferred.
