What You'll DoAs a Welder/Fabricator, you'll help build custom steel structures used in electrical substations and transmission projects throughout the United States. Your responsibilities may include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Laying out, fitting, and tacking components
- Performing high‑quality GMAW welds
- Operating material‑handling equipment
- Using measuring tools to ensure precision and quality
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area
- Contributing to projects that support critical infrastructure nationwide
- 5+ years of welding experience preferred
- AAS degree in Welding is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment
