What You'll Do

As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll help build custom steel structures used in electrical substations and transmission projects throughout the United States. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Laying out, fitting, and tacking components
  • Performing high‑quality GMAW welds
  • Operating material‑handling equipment
  • Using measuring tools to ensure precision and quality
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work area
  • Contributing to projects that support critical infrastructure nationwide
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of welding experience preferred
  • AAS degree in Welding is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment
