- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Med Surg (preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Certifications required as per facility regulations
- Physical ability to remain stationary and move and lift equipment (50–100 lbs), push, bend, and pull
- Excellent communication and collaboration with physicians and health team members
- Patient care coordination and monitoring of responses to interventions
- Administration of medications with documentation
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures based on unit
- On‑call responsibilities with a 30‑minute response time as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate supply stock
- Transport patients as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Interpersonal: ability to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
- Technical: ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
- Cognitive: manage frequent interactions with the public and customers, meet deadlines under pressure, and work independently or under occasional close supervision.
- Sensory: keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
