As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, providing exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. This role requires a strong foundation in cardiac care, including experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT, as well as post-operative care for CABG patients. You will also have the opportunity to float to PCU and Med Surg as needed, ensuring comprehensive care across units.

• Minimum of 2 years' ICU experience, including cardiac experience
• Experience with IABP, Impella, CRRT, and Day 2/Day 3 post-op CABGs
• Willingness to float to PCU and Med Surg as needed
• Active NE or compact license in good standing
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with flexibility for weekends and additional shifts
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
