Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities, including obtaining and recording vital signs.;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper transfer techniques; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Prepare and assist with meals; maintain a positive dining experience and provide water and supplements.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
