You’ll care for a broad mix of patients—medical, post-surgical, swing bed—keeping your skills sharp and your days varied.

You’ll:

• Manage patient care from admission through discharge
• Work closely with providers—communication here is direct and meaningful

• Use your clinical judgment—not just follow orders

• You’re not one of 20 nurses on a unit—you’re a key voice

• Active RN license (or ability to obtain Iowa licensure)
• Acute care experience preferred (but not required for the right fit)
