Position: Registered Nurse – Night Shift (Full and Part‑time)

Full and part‑time night shift positions (6:00pm‑6:30am) are available at Central Nebraska Veterans' Home‑Kearney (Evergreen). The starting wage is $39.566‑$51.797/hr (excluding shift differentials) with additional $1.50‑$2.50 shift differentials and a $200 monthly bonus for commutes of 30 miles or more. Pay is commensurate with experience.

• Coordinate client care services, including comprehensive admission assessment and care planning.
• Provide nursing care and ongoing assessment of clients.
• Provide direction and nursing leadership in executing care plans and unit care team activities.
• Act as client advocate and lead quality improvement, safety, and infection control efforts.

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska or authority under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Pass a background check and complete pre‑employment drug screening.
• Knowledge of nursing theory and practice, accepted standards of care, policies and procedures governing nursing care, sanitation and infection control standards, and quality nursing care techniques.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and push/pull up to 50lbs; bend at the waist and neck frequently; twist at the waist; walk or stand for up to 50% of the shift.
