Position Summary

Unison Health is seeking an experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide health assessments, medication education, and direct client care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role will also coordinate Spravato® treatments, including patient scheduling, monitoring, and follow-up care. Join a team dedicated to providing quality mental health, addiction treatment, and primary care services throughout Northwest Ohio.

Key Responsibilities and Role Highlights
  • Maintains organization of Med Room.
  • Reviews schedules and ensures that charts and medications are set-up for each physician daily.
  • Provides emergency first aid to clients.
  • Acts as liaison between physician and other caregivers.
  • Obtains health assessment for new clients.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Requires associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one-year clinical experience in a hospital setting is required. Previous psychiatric experience is preferred.
  • This position requires current RN license from the State of Ohio. Certification as a psychiatric nurse is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate comfort in interacting with individuals with mental illness. Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals.
  • Must establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
