A value-based care organization is establishing a new outpatient practice in central Nebraska and is adding a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to its care team.
The role is based in a newly opened facility and offers the opportunity to help shape clinical operations as one of the first providers in the region.
Job Details- Outpatient Only, M-F.
- Practice has a focus on longitudinal care for patients with complex medical needs.
- Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or House call setting is preferred but not required.
- Competitive Base Salary of $160,000, Full Benefits, 6 Weeks of PTO, CME time plus allowance, $15,000 Sign-On Bonus.
- Two roles are open: one travel, one full-time based in the clinic.
