Autonomous Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care & Wellness

Overview

Marathon Health is seeking qualified healthcare providers to deliver relationship-based, preventive and primary care. We support autonomy and professional collaboration with a focus on patients first, ingenuity, courage, community and fun.

You practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license. You offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education. You’ll have access to resources like Up To Date  and RubiconMD. You work autonomously within a company that values patients first, ingenuity, courage, community and FUN.

• Provide comprehensive care including preventive services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct patient visits with an emphasis on relationship-based care and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve health outcomes.

• Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Independent practice provider preferred, where allowed by state regulation.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification at start date.
• Independent family practice experience including wellness, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.

Full practice authority is strongly preferred where applicable per state guidelines.

Pay range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
