Candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with the organization.
Weekend work is required on Saturdays and Sundays.
A driver's license is required for identification purposes.
Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care; refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract.
RNs are required to titrate drips for various medications.
Common diagnoses include trauma, cardiac issues, overdose/substance abuse, sepsis, post-stent care, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, and respiratory distress.
Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2-3 for adults.
Healthcare support staff is available to assist based on patient volume.
RNs are required to monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
Floating to other units may occur, maintaining the same patient ratios.
A minimum of 2 holidays is required during the contract period.
Every other weekend is required.
Additional time off requests must be submitted upfront and will not be approved post-submission.
The cancellation policy allows for the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts per assignment.
