Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Kearney, Nebraska, 68845!

Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC / PCU / Stepdown

Kearney, NE

Contract | Days | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Intermediate Care / Stepdown unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and manage post-Cath Lab patients as part of routine unit responsibilities
• Float to Med Surg as needed to support staffing demands
• Float to ICU for PCU-level patient status coverage as needed
• Participate in bi-weekly orientation schedule upon onboarding
• Fulfill every-other-weekend shift requirements as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• PCU and/or Telemetry nursing experience

• Experience caring for post-Cath Lab patients
• Prior experience in an Intermediate Care or Stepdown unit setting
• Comfort with floating to Med Surg or ICU environments

• Opportunity to work in a specialized Progressive Care environment with a manageable patient ratio
• Gain diverse clinical experience through cross-unit float opportunities
