Position: CNA - FT Days - St. John's Center
Marshfield Clinic - 3410 Central Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and activities of daily living as per care plan.;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Assist with food preparation and dining to create a positive dining experience for residents; assist with meals and hydration.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse; collect non-invasive specimens and vital signs; provide housekeeping and laundry services as needed.
