Responsibilities- Lead, delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all store associates and all facets of the hardware store.
- Manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and the personal development of team members to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. We are looking for qualified individuals for assistant manager.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours during a shift.
