Suite Child is an elevated baby + children’s boutique focused on exceptional customer service, thoughtfully curated products, and creating a joyful shopping experience for growing families. We are a locally owned business with two stores in Nebraska, an online shop, and a team that cares deeply about creating something meaningful for the families we serve.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a steady, emotionally mature, and highly dependable Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our boutique retail store environment.

Our Store Manager plays a key role in setting the tone for the store each day — helping the team stay organized, supported, customer-focused, and aligned.

What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Support- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the store
- Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Provide direction, coaching, accountability, and support to team members
- Help onboard and train new employees
- Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership and staff
- Support healthy communication and problem-solving within the team
- Ensure customers receive warm, thoughtful, and attentive service
- Help resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Lead by example in customer interactions and professionalism
- Monitor scheduling, delegation, and daily workflow management
- Help maintain organized systems, documentation, and operational consistency
- Lead merchandising, restocking, inventory tasks, and store projects
- Monitor store communication channels and help ensure follow-through on important tasks
- Support the execution of promotions, floor changes, and operational initiatives
- Full-time leadership role within store hours of Monday–Saturday, approximately 9:30am–5:15pm
- Friday and Saturday availability is especially important, as these are our busiest days
