Competitive hourly pay starting at $15/hour based on experience

Suite Child is an elevated baby + children’s boutique focused on exceptional customer service, thoughtfully curated products, and creating a joyful shopping experience for growing families. We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, notices the little details, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-run store environment.

You’ll help create a shopping experience that feels warm, thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely personal while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Welcome customers with warmth and hospitality
• Offer helpful, honest product guidance without pressure
• Support customers through purchases, registries, and product questions
• Help maintain an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and daily store tasks
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team throughout each shift
• Help maintain a clean, polished, and joyful shopping experience for customers

• Approximately 16+ hours per week
• Part-time hours within store hours of Monday–Saturday, approximately 9:30am–5:15pm
• Both full and partial shifts are available
• Saturday availability is especially important as this is our busiest day
