As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate you will delight customers with a welcoming store environment and help them find the perfect shoes. You will contribute to a positive culture, maintain store standards, support sales initiatives, and uphold the company’s values of integrity, teamwork and customer focus.

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory are accurate and efficient. Keep the store clean, organized, and all our famous styles easily shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Lead and embody the Famous culture, providing stellar customer engagement that exceeds expectations.
• Elevate to Your Goal‑Crushing Era: Take accountability for your effort and impact on overall performance. Review store performance, drive sales with purpose, and communicate clearly with the team.
• Act with Integrity: Follow company policies and procedures, seek feedback, and pursue professional development.
• Bring the Positive Vibes: Promote diversity and inclusivity, create a supportive environment, and assist teammates with training as needed.
• Be a Shoe‑Off: Provide shoe recommendations and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion when partnering with Managers as needed
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Teamwork and flexibility to meet a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height safely.
• Handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
