Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed;
Manage backroom organization and replenishment to maintain product availability and a full floor;
Support guest services such as back-up cashier and Drive-up and ensure compliance with safety policies and laws;
Create welcoming guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests and solving their specific needs;
Maintain and update pricing, signing, and merchandising to reflect current promotions and inventory
