Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) at EZPawn, 3496 S. Federal Blvd., Sheridan, Colorado 80110. • Pay range based on experience: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour
• 5‑week paid training program leading to a trainee salary with a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion
• Pawnbroker Certification Program offers an additional $1.00 per hour
• Opportunities to progress to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and Assistant Manager (6‑month training program)

• Interact with customers daily, providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, and assisting with sales, loans, and extensions
• Handle transactions in person and over the phone
• Perform opening and closing store duties
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multitasking ability
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test after a conditional offer
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus
• Sales background, bilingual, or other relevant experience is a plus
