Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile, learning their names, and making every interaction a positive one;
Operate the cash register accurately, scanning product and processing all payment types including cash, checks, credit card transactions, in-store charges, coupons, and discounts;
Count back change and issue receipts, and place merchandise in bags or boxes for customers;
Refill and maintain the coffee service area including cups, utensils, and condiments;
Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
