What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and drive the strategy and execution for a multi-state Corrections territory, building and executing account plans for large‑scale operational transformation
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies aimed at long-term revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead complex, multi‑year sales cycles, positioning the employer's solutions as a strategic priority
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, creating alignment and urgency across multiple stakeholders
  • Identify, shape, and close high‑value opportunities, navigating unique procurement and regulatory complexities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in complex enterprise or public sector environments
  • Proven success in owning and scaling a multi‑state or highly strategic territory
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex sales cycles involving executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Experience closing high‑value, multi‑year deals within large organizations
  • Familiarity with public sector, Corrections, or Law Enforcement sales cycles, including navigating budget cycles and RFPs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven ability to drive organizational transformation in legacy or highly regulated environments through technology adoption
  • Experience selling complex, multi‑product solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
  • Highly autonomous operator capable of driving results across a distributed, cross‑functional team
  • Ability to sell with a strong point of view, articulating urgency and driving change in slow‑moving organizations
