Territory Service Manager – Central NE, Western KS, Western OK, Western TX and NM Overview
Region:
Central Nebraska, Western Kansas, Oklahoma Panhandle, West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
Reports to:
Regional Service Manager. FLSA Status:
Exempt.
- Build and maintain relationships with key dealer personnel.
- Collaborate with the Whole goods Territory Manager to provide support, guidance, problem solving and training.
- Address, prioritize and resolve technical problems in the field, follow KNA procedures, document issues and coordinate with Krone departments.
- Assist new dealers with KNA service procedures, documentation, warranty and reporting systems and improve under‑performing dealers.
- Promote KNA programs and specialty tools to improve dealer support to end users.
- Organize dealer open houses, yearly service clinics and attend training sessions in the US and Germany.
- Travel internationally to Germany and other required countries.
- Prepare preliminary suggested dealer parts stocking lists.
- Authorize dealer requests for Commercial Products Loaner Units and inform Whole goods Territory Managers.
- Submit appointments, weekly route plans and expense reports via KNA CRM and Expense Reporting System.
- Ensure domicile in assigned territory, maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable to operate company vehicles.
- Travel up to 30,000–40,000 miles per year, with some periods requiring overnight stays.
- Positive attitude, strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
- Experience with hay & forage equipment and/or heavy equipment (preferred).
- Farming experience is a plus.
- Professional work ethic and good interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening per local laws.
The salary ranges from $2,415 to $3,163 bi‑weekly plus an earned incentive bonus. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k)/Roth retirement plan with a company match after one year, and other benefits as outlined in the company’s policy. We are ADA compliant.
