Sahling Kenworth is looking for a talented individual to take on the full‑time Parts Sales Representative – Counter position at the Kearney location. The role is ideal for those with prior sales experience, the ability to work in a dealership environment, and a results‑driven attitude.

• Sells heavy‑duty and/or light‑duty truck parts
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
• Conquest and grow new accounts

• Maintains liaison with important customers
• Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an adviser to wholesale or retail customers
• Successfully completes product and sales training courses as assigned
• Develops and maintains full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
• Maintains parts‑related correspondence
• Keeps up to date on new products

• High School Diploma, Associate’s degree (AA) preferred
• Prior sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to sit throughout the day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single duration approximately 1.5 hours; must also sit while driving forklift for a short period of time
• Computer, mathematical and customer service skills
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a dealership environment including 8–12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
• Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customers and staff to assist with purchase decisions
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven
