Ground Up Construction Recruiting is partnered with a civil contractor based in Broken Bow, NE that specializes in underground utilities, earthwork, and concrete. We're leading a search to hire a Business Development Manager to help them get more opportunities for private and public jobs.
This is a newly created position and will have a focus on bringing in new opportunities in Nebraska. They're faith-driven and have a leadership team that loves God and puts their people first (the founder has gifted over $30,000 in bibles). What You Get To Do:- Spearhead new business development opportunities with general contractors, developers, businesses, municipalities, etc.
- Lead business development efforts with current clients
- Identify upcoming projects and generate bid opportunities
- Represent the company at community and industry events
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Self‑driven with the ability to work independently
- Live within 1.5 hours of Broken Bow, NE
- Enjoys being on the road doing pop‑ins, having meetings, networking, etc.
