Design Center Sales Manager

Builders Warehouse is seeking a Design Center Sales Manager to lead our Omaha showroom serving professional builders, remodelers, and trades. You will drive sales of building materials and finishes, guide customers through product selection, and oversee project quoting from concept to completion. This role combines consultative selling, showroom presentation, and coordination with operations to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. You'll mentor a small team, uphold safety and service standards, and build strong relationships with contractors in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the design center showroom
• Drive sales of building materials, finishes, and design solutions
• Consult with contractors, remodelers, and homeowners on product selection
• Prepare and present quotes, bids, and project proposals
• Coordinate project details with internal operations and delivery teams
• Maintain product displays, samples, and merchandising standards
• Train and coach team members on products and sales processes
• Build long-term customer relationships and manage key accounts
• Monitor sales performance and support branch sales goals
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and professionalism in all customer interactions
