Security Officer Part Time Lobby

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location;
Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify visitor and contractor credentials, issue visitor passes, and help to deter unauthorized entry in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Answer phones, greet employees and guests, manage sign-in activity, and maintain accurate front desk logs, reports, and other security-related documentation;
Support a technology-focused location by observing the front entrance and other assigned access points, reporting unusual activity, and following site protocols for deliveries, lost items, and/or after-hours requests
