Are you an experienced heavy equipment operator looking for a hands‑on role with a stable schedule? We're seeking a Crane Operator to safely move, sort and load scrap metal, vehicles, and salvaged materials in a busy salvage yard environment.

• Operate cranes and heavy equipment to move and sort materials
• Load and unload scrap metal, vehicles and salvage materials
• Use specialized attachments such as electromagnets and grapples
• Organize and relocate materials throughout the yard
• Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with general yard operations as needed

• Previous crane operating experience required
• Heavy equipment operating experience required
• Strong attention to safety and awareness of surroundings
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Exposure to all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
• Physical work required in addition to equipment operation
• Active, hands‑on work environment
