Title:
Maintenance Technician
Younes Hospitality is looking for a Maintenance Technician at the Holiday Inn - Kearney, NE to join our team to provide general maintenance and repair services to the hotel and property grounds.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on hotel rooms, common areas, and equipment.
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Inspect and maintain pool areas by testing pool levels and checking pumps.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on all equipment as needed.
- Identify and report any safety issues or concerns.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Work five days a week, primarily scheduled for 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with an occasional day shift. Must be available on weekends and some holidays.
