• picks orders according to bay locations, procuring correct quantity and type of filter.
• utilize pick labels, pick sheets and voice picking equipment as necessary to pick orders.
• replenishes inventory in bay locations manually or using appropriate material handling equipment.
• operates equipment as assigned, which may include tractor-trailers, trailer jacks, lift trucks, order pickers, sa’s, electric or manual pallet jacks, stretch wrap machines, hand-held rf terminals, and radios.
• assists in physical inventory counts of finished goods as required.
• assists with loading or unloading export containers as required.
• processes priority shipments (ups, fedex, etc.) as required.
• inspects cases of filters to ensure that damaged or otherwise defective cases are not shipped. Reports problems to department supervision immediately.
• responsible for meeting established unit production standards.
• completes department paperwork as required.
• keeps work area neat, clean, organized, and under control.
• responsible for observing safety rules at all times and reporting unsafe conditions to department supervision.
• responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.

• high school diploma/ged
• three months work experience in a warehouse environment or prior experience operating a forklift.

• high school diploma/ged
• six months related work experience in a distribution center.

• this position requires the individual to handle and transport products and materials weighing up to approximately fifty pounds. Requires the ability to master use of voice-picking technology and equipment. Requires operating powered equipment including any or all of the following: lp forklift, standup forklift, order picker, and sa. Position may require employee to possess a cdl license. May require climbing ladders

• hourly pay range for this role is $20.77-$24.45
