• No Nights, No Weekends: We are open Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Pay between $21.00 - $24.00 an hour DOE

• Orchestrate Operations
  :
  Lead daily warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
• Drive Efficiency
  :
  Oversee workflows, from receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Master Inventory
  :
  Conduct cycle counts, manage inter-company transfers, and ensure proper storage and order accuracy.
• Safety First
  :
  Safely operate forklifts, maintain a clean, secure facility, and ensure trucks are loaded properly for damage-free deliveries.
• Lead by Example
  :
  Mentor staff, maintain positive communication with your team and customers, and represent the company with professionalism.

• Customer-Focused
  :
  Excellent service and problem-solving skills.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented
  :
  You have a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple priorities.
• Industry Knowledge
  :
  Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and product handling is a must. Knowledge of DOT rules and OSHA forklift requirements is a plus.
• Supervisory Skills
  :
  Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Team Player
  :
  You know how to inspire teamwork and build a cooperative environment.
• Education & Experience
  :
  High school diploma/GED required, with 1-2 years in a similar position or progressive role preferred.
