Our Field Ops teams operate on the ground and on the move, in both small towns and big cities, delivering high-quality communications and entertainment products to our customers. We play an essential, visible role in keeping these communities connected by installing, maintaining and troubleshooting to optimize the performance and reliability of our network.
As a Supply Chain Technician, you serve a critical part of our operation. You supply technicians, retailers, and contractors with the resources they need, maintain inventory, fulfil orders, process returned equipment, handle shipping and receiving—and navigate forklifts to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Supply technicians, retailers, and contractors with necessary equipment and parts.
- Maintain secure inventory storage and control of materials and CPE entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Process orders and returned equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Handle shipping and receiving operations, including forklift operation and pallet handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment and perform occasional heavy lifting in an industrial environment.
- Assist with network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
- ±1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and barcoding equipment
- Basic math skills, strong organization, communication, customer service, and team‑player attitude
- Ability to obtain certification for handling equipment, manage projects and deadlines, and operate company‑owned vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record within company and State DOT standards
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience driving a commercial box truck
