We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our office in Richmond, BC supporting our Western Canadian business unit.

Theprimaryresponsibilitiesofthepositionwillinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

• Leadcustomerinvoicingprocesses,includingconstructionprogressdraws,ensuringtimelyandaccuratebilling
• Overseevendorinvoiceentryandpreparechequeswithaccuracyandefficiency
• Collaborate with Credit&Collection sand Project Managerstoensuretimely A/Rcollections
• Prepareandfinalizemonthlybankreconciliations
• Support Project Managerswithmonthlyinventorycountsandensureaccuratedocumentation
• Track,analyze,andreportonprojectprofitability,identifying cost-saving opportunities
