Human Edge is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing real estate management company, for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This in-office, Monday–Friday role provides critical support to leadership while ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional office operations.

Job Duties Executive Support
  • Manage executive calendars, including meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Screen calls and emails; prioritize and respond on behalf of executives as appropriate
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Arrange travel and process expense reports
  • Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Serve as liaison between executives, staff, clients, external partners, and internal departments
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support special projects and company initiatives
  • Foster cross-department collaboration, prepare for team meetings, and lead meetings as needed to support real estate management efforts
Office Management
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Serve as primary point of contact for administrative and operational needs
  • Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, service contracts, and facilities logistics (mail, deliveries, maintenance)
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup and collaboration with HR/IT
  • Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and company events
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and team activities
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Manage office budget, monitor expenses, and support basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to leadership and team members
Skills & Experience Required
  • Must have: 5-7 years EA experience preferably in commercial real estate
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
  • MS office proficiency
  • Great attention to detail
  • Personable, a career driven social butterfly.
