Human Edge is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing real estate management company, for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This in-office, Monday–Friday role provides critical support to leadership while ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional office operations.
Job Duties Executive Support- Manage executive calendars, including meetings, travel, and appointments
- Screen calls and emails; prioritize and respond on behalf of executives as appropriate
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
- Arrange travel and process expense reports
- Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Serve as liaison between executives, staff, clients, external partners, and internal departments
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up
- Support special projects and company initiatives
- Foster cross-department collaboration, prepare for team meetings, and lead meetings as needed to support real estate management efforts
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
- Serve as primary point of contact for administrative and operational needs
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage office supplies, vendors, service contracts, and facilities logistics (mail, deliveries, maintenance)
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup and collaboration with HR/IT
- Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and company events
- Organize internal meetings, events, and team activities
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
- Manage office budget, monitor expenses, and support basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to leadership and team members
- Must have: 5-7 years EA experience preferably in commercial real estate
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- MS office proficiency
- Great attention to detail
