The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating high performance, floor leader shape, and a positive work environment.

• As an Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employee and other tasks as needed.
• Support business operations, policy, and procedure.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
• Oversee and monitor methods of loss prevention, which includes the protection of company assets.
• Assist with training and development of new sales associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a high level of integrity.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).

Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.
