Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, claims, and service requests
  • Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, account updates, and payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within agency systems
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate complex issues when necessary
  • Provide clear guidance and support throughout the customer experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone presence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate customer concerns effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other technology platforms
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Bilingual skills are a major plus
