REPORTS TO:

Director of Curriculum and Instruction or designee

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Valid New Jersey teaching certificate

* Elementary Education (endorsement code 1001) preferred

* Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level

* Master's degree in education preferred

* Thorough understanding of current research based instructional best practices in curriculum and instruction, differentiation techniques, and data analysis

* Experience facilitating professional development, professional learning communities, or grade level teams

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

* Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a reflective approach to professional growth

REMUNERATION:

Salary will be in accordance with the current KEA contract.
