The Process Engineer will be responsible for improvements relating to industrial/manufacturing processes and efficiency to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability. This role will be directly involved in the process design, operation, and implementation of such changes.

• Assess current processes, take measurements, and interpret data
• Recommendand implement improvements
• Perform research,design,test,and upgrade systemsforoptimization
• Defect reduction and measurement
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Perform process simulations
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Implement computer-based Workflow Diagrams
• Implementing and Managing Operations Metrics and develop Pareto Reports
• ECO Management relief
• Packaging Design and Labels
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and quality teamregardingalignment for product requirements
• ISO/TL Auditing Support
• Work to ensure andmaintaincompliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Association (OHSA)

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical,industrialor manufacturing engineering
• 2 – 5year’s experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills through experience, training and working well with others
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD,Inventor,and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with OSHA Compliance and QM

• The employee isfrequentlyrequired tosit; use hands tooperatebasic tools,keyboards or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• The employee is occasionally required towalkand/or stand frequently
