Controller​/CFO -Healthcare Services

Rapidly growing Healthcare operating company, within and extremely successful family office umbrella, is looking to add a Controller/CFO as their business grows to the next level. This is a hybrid role, 3-5 days in office, 5 to start and get acclimated.

• Reporting to the CEO and family office CFO, maintain full Controller/CFO responsibilities of a growing Healthcare company as their first in house Accounting/Finance leader.
• Oversee all accounting finance functions and run a team, as well as build out the team to align with growth.
• Determine opportunities for process improvement, system enhancement, growth and scalability.
• Oversee Payroll, AP, AR functions.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Produce financial/executive reporting to C‑suite.
• Work with CEO on business expansion.

• 7+ years of finance/accounting experience within the healthcare industry.
• Management experience required.
• Ability to be in office in New Jersey location.
• CPA preferred but not required.
