The Town of Kearny is hiring a Building Subcode Official to administer the Building Subcode of the NJ Uniform Construction Code and inspect buildings to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Applicants must hold a valid HHS Building Subcode Official license issued by the NJ Department of Community Affairs and a valid NJ driver’s license. This is a full-time, 35-hour week position with full benefits and a PERS pension. Starting salary is $87,394.
