You will supervise drivers and dispatchers, manage staffing, resolve issues, and ensure accurate shipment handling and reporting. The role requires leadership skills and a strong attention to protocol.
Minimum of an associate degree and 5 years of supervisory experience are required. Proficiency in World Courier systems, MS Word and Excel is expected.
