Embroidery Operators - Night Shift at Vitality Staffing, Kearny, NJ.
An embroidery operator runs and maintains embroidery machines to create designs on fabric. Responsibilities include setting up machines, selecting materials, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control.
Core Responsibilities (6:00pm - 2:00am)- Operate embroidery machines:
- Adjust machine settings (stitch type, speed, tension) to achieve desired results.
- Load and unload fabric and hooped materials into the machine.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
- Set up and operate embroidery machines to create designs on various fabrics.
- Select appropriate needles, threads, and fabrics based on design and customer specifications.
