Switchgear Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in electrical and mechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Switchgear Assembler to join their dynamic team. As a Switchgear Assembler, you will be an integral part of the assembly department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** 1st

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

2nd

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble products to completion following electrical drawings and schematics

+ Read and interpret electrical and mechanical assembly fabrication drawings

+ Work independently and adhere to a production schedule

+ Participate in shop cleanup activities to maintain a safe and organized workspace

+ Communicate effectively with Shop Leads regarding quality and production schedules

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical assembly prints

+ Mechanical aptitude; excel at the physical assembly of parts

+ Familiarity with electrical wiring and assembly processes

+ Ability to lead and direct others on assembly tasks

+ Advance knowledge of hand tools and their proper use
