Owens Corning Foundation is seeking a Focused Improvement Coordinator as an hourly role reporting to the Technical Leader. You will support TPM-driven FI initiatives to sustain improvements in plant operations and engage employees in continuous improvement.
You will coordinate FI activities, lead Kaizen events, train staff on FI tools, update metrics and project statuses, and collaborate with TPM pillar teams to ensure sustained benefits and practical, data‑driven solutions.
