Practitioner to join our team at anursing home in the Kearny,NJ. - This is an opportunity tomake a real impact on patients’ lives while working with a supportive andmission-driven team.
- Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-upvisits, and comprehensive medical management for residents
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ
- Minimumof 6 months NP experience
- Priornursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred
- Fulltime – Monday till Friday
- Competitive annual salary rangingfrom $140,000 to $155,000
