merch., the first Black-owned merchandise company to hit Broadway is growing! we’re currently seeking a part-time fulfilment associate to support daily operations and eCommerce at our kearny, NJ-based warehouse.

what we ask:

accurately packing and labeling orders for all outbound shipments

maintaining organized and up-to-date stock levels

monitoring inventory levels and reporting when items are low or out of stock

assisting in receiving and storing inbound merchandise

supporting small-scale in-house production runs when needed

ensuring quality control and proper packaging for all products

communicating proactively with the fulfillment manager regarding inventory or shipment issues

what you have:

retail or customer service experience. preferably in the theatrical or entertainment industry.

ability to problem solve, think on your feet and a “do what it takes” attitude.

strong organizational and communication skills are required and an ability to effectively communicate needs.

must be 18 years or older to apply.

ability to lift 40 lbs.

wish list:

an interest/experience in theatre and entertainment is desired but not required.

the ideal candidate is a fun and engaging quick learner and self-starter with gusto and a desire to grow!

what's the pay?

$17-$20/hour

What are the hours?

12:30pm-6pm weekday (2-3 days).

unpaid meal breaks to follow new jersey state guidelines.
