Territory Manager

Dedicated to delivering authentic, high-quality sangria, we partner with retailers, bars, and distributors to expand our reach to more consumers and occasions. This is a field-based sales role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

environment. You will be responsible for building relationships, opening accounts, executing tastings,

and driving depletions across both on- and off-premise accounts.

• Grow Sangri’s presence across assigned on- and off-premise accounts
• Open new accounts and develop long-term buyer relationships
• Execute tastings, promotions, and in-market activations
• Partner with distributors to drive depletions and visibility
• Track account visits, tastings, and sales activity
• Represent Sangri as a brand ambassador in the market

• Highly self-motivated with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently across a large territory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Significant driving required throughout Central & South Jersey
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

Base salary plus performance-based bonus

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

Year 1: $45,000 – $60,000

Year 2: $65,000 – $80,000

Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed
